Using our apps

Free Shipping A/B is a Shopify app that helps merchants configure free-shipping offers, localize storefront messages, and run shipping-offer experiments with reporting and winner guidance on supported plans.

GEO Product Data Optimizer is currently in development. Waitlist participation does not guarantee early access, launch timing, or availability of specific features.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for reviewing their shipping configuration, storefront copy, market setup, discount rules, and published offer settings before making an offer live.

Merchants are also responsible for making sure their own storefront policies, shipping terms, pricing, customer communications, and legal obligations remain accurate for offers they publish through our apps.

Plans and billing

Lioriq apps may offer plan-based functionality. Paid plans for Shopify apps are billed through Shopify's billing platform, not by direct card collection on this website.

Plan access, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations follow the managed billing state returned by Shopify and the merchant's approved subscription.

Reporting and experiment guidance

Experiment reporting is designed to support merchant decision-making. It does not guarantee any specific increase in orders, conversion rate, revenue, profit, search ranking, or AI answer visibility.

Merchants should review results in the context of their margins, shipping costs, markets, seasonality, and store operations before changing their shipping strategy.

Privacy and data handling

Our apps handle merchant, store, and order-linked data only as needed to operate the service, measure experiment performance, manage billing entitlement, provide support, and respond to uninstall or Shopify privacy requests.

Availability and support

We work to keep our services available and address issues in a commercially reasonable way, but our apps depend on Shopify APIs, cloud infrastructure, Google services, and other external services that may affect availability.

Suspension, uninstall, and termination

A merchant may stop using an installed Shopify app at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify Admin. When an app is uninstalled, active tokens are deactivated and the app stops calling Shopify for that store.

Lioriq may suspend or limit access if needed to protect the service, comply with Shopify platform rules, respond to abuse, or address security issues.

Our apps and legal terms may change over time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
